3-Year Workmanship Guarantee
Every cat flap installation we carry out is backed by our 3-year workmanship guarantee. If there's any issue with the fitting — such as draughts, leaks or alignment problems — we'll come back and put it right at no extra cost, for three full years from the date of installation.
Manufacturer's Warranty
All cat flaps and pet doors we supply come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. SureFlap, PetSafe, Pet-Tek and Closer Pets all offer product warranties covering manufacturing defects. We'll help you with any warranty claims.
Glass Panel Guarantee
For glass door and window installations, the brand-new toughened glass panel we supply and fit is guaranteed against defects. Our glass panels are made to the highest standards with precision-cut cat flap holes.
Weatherproof Seal Promise
We guarantee a weathertight, draught-proof seal on every installation. Your home will stay warm and dry — if you experience any issues with the seal, contact us and we'll sort it out promptly.
