    How a Bi-Fold Install Works

    1. 1. Survey. We identify the best leaf — usually the fixed or traffic panel — and measure the sealed unit, glass spec and spacer colour.
    2. 2. Manufacture. A new toughened double-glazed unit is made to match, with the cat flap hole cut before toughening.
    3. 3. Fit. We remove the old unit, bed in the new one, fit the flap and re-check the fold, lock and drainage.
